“Let’s Go!” to Caesars Entertainment resorts during Wrangler NFR

By Brian Hurlburt

Las Vegas and the Caesars brand are nearly synonymous, and have been so for decades, ever since the historic and iconic Caesars Palace opened in 1966. It was a game-change resort for Las Vegas and the now the Caesars Entertainment portfolio includes dozens of properties around the United States.

And fortunately for Wrangler National Finals Rodeo® fans, several Vegas properties embrace everything country & Western each December when the baddest rodeo on the planet rides into the city that glitters. The NFR dates are Dec. 2-11.

Official NFR resort partners and Caesars properties in 2021 are Planet Hollywood, Caesars Palace, Harrah’s Las Vegas and the Rio. Here’s an inside look at what’s in store for you from Terrence O’Donnell Jr., Vice President & Assistant General Manager of Caesars Palace and The Cromwell Las Vegas.

A Hurly Hotspot favorite is always Shania Twain, who brings her high-energy “Let’s Go” show to the ZAPPOS Planet Hollywood Theatre each December for multiple performances.

Hurly’s Hotspots: What is the first thing that comes to your mind about the NFR experiences taking place at Caesars properties?

Terrence O’ Donnell: The first thing that comes to mind when we think about the NFR experiences at Caesars Entertainment’s resorts is “over-the-top.” From the world-class entertainment lineup in our premier showrooms featuring names like Shania Twain, Keith Urban and Reba, Brooks and Dunn; to our diverse dining options like the all-new Amalfi by Bobby Flay, Gordon Ramsay HELL’S KITCHEN and Old Homestead Steakhouse; or one-of-a-kind viewing experiences at our state-of-the-art Caesars Sportsbooks and lounges, Caesars Entertainment brings the NFR experience to the Strip in a big way.

HH: What is the first thing that comes to your mind about the NFR returning to Las Vegas in 2021?

TOD: We are thrilled to welcome back NFR to Las Vegas in 2021! As an official partner, we enjoy creating experiences for rodeo fans each time NFR comes to Las Vegas. This year, we have a wide range of events and activations for guests to experience.

HH:  What makes the happenings around the NFR in Las Vegas so special and what is the vibe like?

TOD: We love the high energy that the Wrangler National Finals Rodeo brings to the city and look forward to welcoming locals and visitors on the Strip as they experience the unique NFR offerings at our resorts.

HH: What is the first thing that comes to mind about having a legend like Shania Twain as a headliner anchor at the Zappos Theater?

TOD: Caesars Entertainment is dedicated to bringing superstar talent to the Las Vegas Strip for fans to enjoy. Shania Twain has a great legacy with Caesars Entertainment, and we are excited for the top-selling female country artist of all-time to return with her “Let’s Go!” The Las Vegas Residency.

HH: What can guests and/or other customers get with either Caesars Rewards or the Caesars Sportsbook app surrounding the NFR?

TOD: The newly-launched and easy-to-navigate Caesars Sportsbook app integrates mobile sports betting with Caesars Rewards, where every bet, win or lose, rewards the bettor with Tier Credits and Reward Credits that can be used to unlock unbeatable experiences within the Caesars portfolio of properties and partnerships. True to the legendary Caesars brand, the app provides an expansive array of wagering opportunities, including live in-game betting and flexible limits on the bets players want to make. NFR comes to Las Vegas during a busy time in the sports calendar, where through the Caesars Sportsbook app players can wager on college and professional football and basketball, hockey, soccer and more.
